National Prepress and Print specialist, partner with Graphic Republik to bring MaxPro to the UK market.
Graphic Republik today announced their partnership with Pomeroy/Plastotype and the introduction of MaxPro to the UK market. Released to critical acclaim at the Drupa Innovation Parc in 2008, MaxPro is a suite of technical applications dedicated to the prepress sector of the packaging industry. MaxPro consists of three software applications – MaxPro RIP, MaxPro and MaxStep. The MaxPro RIP converts common DTP file formats into MaxPro editable files. MaxPro allows operators to perform high end trapping, manipulate spot or process colour images and text, create technical plates such as white base or varnish and quickly and efficiently make global or zonal adjustments to artwork. MaxStep enables the creation of final layout files for imaging to plate, film or cylinder through the use of manual or interactive step and repeat or an Auto CAD matching feature which automatically matches artwork with CAD generated layout templates.
